For shipping within Australia UNDERRATED MELBOURNE uses Australian Registered Post and courier service such as Couriers Please.
Standard Shipping: 3-7 Days
Express Shipping: 1-4 Days
Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimated and collected from Australia Post.
As we cannot guarantee the service of Australia Post being 100% accurate at all times.
UNDERRATED MELBOURNE will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Please ensure that your allocated delivery address is attended and that there will be someone to sign for delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise stated.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.
You can track your parcel by the provided tracking number in the confirmation email.
Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 72 hours of the next business day. Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 72 hours of the next business day.
All orders will then be dispatched from UNDERRATED MELBOURNE within 1-3 working days.
In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email.
Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended and checked.
ITEM CANCELLATION DUE TO ERROR OR AVAILABILITY
In the very rare event that;
A sold-out item has been purchased; OR
A product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake
UNDERRATED MELBOURNE reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or full refund. (Whichever is preferred)
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

As most of the items are stock are sold out releases. Like many limited edition items, prices can vary from time to time. Which means some sizes may be priced differently & you may notice that the price of a shoe may change dramatically within a few days depending on the market value.

UNDERRATED MELBOURNE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CONSIGNMENT ITEMS. ALL STOCK LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE IS CONSIGNMENT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
Consignment items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for consignment items.
If you have any questions or concerns on consignment or with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please email us before purchasing.
Faulty/Damaged items are only able to be returned if they are in the original sold condition. Having all attached tags still on the item, in unworn, unwashed condition. If a item has been worn / washed we are unable to accept a return, exchange or refund for a faulty item claim.
