Q: Where is your store located?
A: The District Docklands Shopping Centre
440 Docklands Drive, Docklands VIC 3008, Australia.
Q: How do I get there?
A:
Free tram
The free tram zone includes routes 70, 86 and 35 (City Circle), with trams departing from The District Docklands (stop D11 – Docklands Drive) every 4 minutes. Southern Cross Station is just a walk over the Bourke Street pedestrian bridge from Harbour Esplanade.
Bus
A local bus route 220 will also drop visitors off at The District Docklands (Footscray Rd & Little Docklands Drive). Buses run every 15 minutes, 7 days a week. Visit www.ptv.vic.gov.au for timetable information.
Train
Take the train to Southern Cross Station and walk over the Bourke Street pedestrian bridge to Harbour Esplanade. Walk or take the tram along Docklands Drive.
Q: Do you ship outside of Australia?
A: Yes, we ship internationally!

Q: What is your consignment fee?
A: We charge a 20% consignment fee for all of our consignments.
Q: What products do you take for consignment?
A: We accept all kinds of sneakers/apparel/accessories, as long as they are in brand new condition.
Q: How do I list an item for you to consign?
A: Please come in store and we can set up a consignor account for you to get you started selling your kicks and hype items!
Q: You don't have an item listed that I want or it is sold out, how can I get it?
A: We can source many products. If there is a product that is not listed or is sold out, email us at sales@underratedmelbourne.com with the size and item description and we will locate the item for you.
CONSIGNMENT
We are currently not taking in any new consignors.
We are operating consignment via invitation only at the moment.

WHAT IS CONSIGNMENT?
A consignment is a trading agreement in which a seller (YOU) sends goods to a buyer (UNDERRATED MELBOURNE) who pays the seller (YOU) when the goods are sold via the buyers (UNDERRATED MELBOURNE) platform.
The seller (YOU) remains the owner of the goods until they are paid for in full.
Essentially, if you have any products you want to sell, we sell them for you.
Our consignment fee is 20%.
The process is fairly simple, we will list your item for you and once the item sells you will get an email notification letting you know your item has been sold. We will then send you a payment (less our consignment fee - 20%).
