For shipping within Australia UNDERRATED STORE uses Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 Days (WA up to 14 days).
Express Shipping: 1-4 Days

For International Postage:
UNDERRATED STORE may use a variety of shipping companies to ship your order such as (Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS).

*Please note your own countries import duties & fees, as UNDERRATED STORE do not include these in the order.

Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimated and collected from Australia Post.
As we cannot guarantee the service of Australia Post being 100% accurate at all times.
UNDERRATED STORE will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Please ensure that your allocated delivery address is attended and that there will be someone to sign for delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise stated.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at sales@underratedmelbourne.com

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.
You can track your parcel by the provided tracking number in the confirmation email.

PROCESSING TIMES

Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 72 hours (1-3 business days).
Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 72 hours of the next business day.

All orders will then be dispatched from UNDERRATED STORE within 1-3 business days.

In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email.
