Consignment items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or refunds for consignment items.

Under any special circumstances where your order can be returned, cancelled or exchanged, within 14 days of delivery date, a restocking fee may be applied.

All shipping costs for returns & exchanges are not included by Underrated Store.
